Serious issue with S24 Ultra display!

The s24 ultra vivid mode and advanced screen color modes not working, the colors on the display look dull, muted and washed out. Especially Red color it is explicitly obvious, this is a serious issue that needs to be resolved imminently! When I asked Samsung care they're saying that is intended to look this way. What is your response? Not only this, it has bunch of other issues but this is the serious one.

If you're okay using a $1300 faulty phone don't comment here.

It has been reported by several tech reviewers on YouTube that the Vivid mode on the Samsung S24 series is not functioning properly. This appears to be a software issue, and Samsung is expected to release a patch in the near future to address this problem.

They need to fix this or atleast provide an option to have the original Vivid Mode found in previous generations. The response from Samsung moderators is kinda disappointing!

Natural mode should be accurate and vivid mode supposed to be vivid and colorful, right now s24 ultra lacks full color coverage so it looks dull and washed out even text is not looking sharp, it needs to be fixed imminently!

Yes boss u are absolutely right even I have purchased the phone yesterday and I am also facing a same issue.now regretting why I have purchased I am already using s23 ultra ,if compare both the devices no such upgrade ,the color of s24 ultra in vivid mode is completely washed out..kindly highlights this issue so that it can be fixes I think it is an display issue ...and they are not serious about it
