I have already visited the service center, i am not ok with the solution suggested. I need the replacement of product with new peice and not replacement of display

You can go ahead fight, accept this challenge with Samsung. Initially log q complaint with Customer care and using that reference ticket email them.. you can copy their grievance officer. Batana jarur replacement milta hai ki nahi I am although not sure if they will do they will go as per their policy

Take whatever they're offering because once the warranty expires, they'll charge u exorbitant price.
Before u submit ur phone, take video and photos of ur phone from all the sides in front of the service center guy.
Many a times their handling is very poor and u might end up getting more scratches.

Bro visit to Samsung service center if your phone is under warranty most probably it's gonna a change under warranty.
