Galaxy SThe update has also come to me but I have not updated the phone, I advise you if the screen protection is not the original one that comes with the phone so you should remove it and try

Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.
