I have an S23 that I purchased in May 2024, and it has a one-year extended warranty. I've noticed some white spots on the left corner of the screen, which appear to be pixel-related. Unfortunately, all the service centers I've contacted have been unable to replace the screen due to a lack of availability. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem, and if so, could you offer any suggestions?

I have contacted four centers, and each one has informed me that the repair process will take a minimum of 7 to 15 days. During this time, I would need to submit my phone to them.

This situation is somewhat difficult to accept, as being without a phone for one to two weeks presents a significant challenge.

In my place they said it will take upto 1 month and also submit the phone for aproval purpose

I am not submitting it yet; I’m waiting in line. The line on my device needs to get darker before Samsung will accept the product as defective. The line is not clear when they take a photo of the screen, which is why I haven’t submitted the device. If it gets rejected, they won’t replace the display free of cost. So, I’m waiting for a few days before submitting the phone, as I have no other option. It needs to be replaced.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and go to service center for check and resolves this issue. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
