Screen auto rotate issue

I don't if anyone else has faced this but there's this weired issue with auto rotate on Samsung S23 Ultra.
I've created a Modes and Routine to use QHD+ display as soon as Netflix and couple other apps open. And when I exit to home or minimize the app from landscape mode it doesn't automatically rotate to portrait although it's locked on portrait and it's very annoying. I have to unlock Rotation and then it stabilize.

Suggestion:
Reset all settings and restart the phone.
