Landscape issue in s23fe

When I try to rotate the screen in landscape mode. It is not working, when i go to settings I am unable to on this setting. How to fix this?

No it is not a bug, it is just a sign that your camera is in use. Nothing more than that.

Ok but one of my friend has s23. He has a small animation around the front camera while opening. Not that black circle.
