S25 black screen rotation

I'm experiencing a temporary black screen issue during screen rotation on my brand new Galaxy S25.

This problem occurs specifically with the Jiohotstar app — the screen goes black briefly when switching between portrait and landscape modes. Interestingly, this issue does not occur with YouTube. Refer attached video

Brief black screen seen. After some time regular video resumes. 

I’ve already tried the following steps without success:

Cleared cache and data for the JioCinema app

Uninstalled and reinstalled the app

Despite this, the issue still persists. Any suggestions or fixes would be appreciated.

This issue is not seen on same app with fold 5 or S23 ultra.

As you have mentioned that you are facing the issue with third party apps and if your device other application working fine. So we would request you kindly contact the respective helpline to make sure there is no issue from their end.

However, If still facing the same issue, kindly share the log file. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.

For my s24 ultra, i got black screen issue while im watching instagram stories , screen full black after i exit again then back to normal
