I recently experienced three green lines appearing on my S21 FE screen after updating to One UI 7. I visited the Samsung service center for a screen replacement, but my request was rejected, citing a dent on the phone. However, the dent is on the phone body—not the screen—and is simply due to normal daily wear and tear.

It’s disappointing that Samsung is coming up with new excuses to deny customer requests related to this known issue. The green lines only appeared after the software update, which clearly indicates it's a fault caused by the update itself.

Samsung seems more focused on selling their products than supporting their customers after the sale. Other brands have acknowledged the green line issue and offered free screen replacements. It might be better to consider those brands going forward.

So you're saying that if there's any dent on the mobile, then it's prone to getting green lines? My phone only had a minor dent on the side panel — are you implying that's the reason for the green line issue? Stop defending a company that refuses to acknowledge its faults and expects customers to pay for issues caused by their own software updates.
