Samsung won’t replace your screen for the green line issue for S21fe

I recently experienced three green lines appearing on my S21 FE screen after updating to One UI 7. I visited the Samsung service center for a screen replacement, but my request was rejected, citing a dent on the phone. However, the dent is on the phone body—not the screen—and is simply due to normal daily wear and tear.

It’s disappointing that Samsung is coming up with new excuses to deny customer requests related to this known issue. The green lines only appeared after the software update, which clearly indicates it's a fault caused by the update itself.

Samsung seems more focused on selling their products than supporting their customers after the sale. Other brands have acknowledged the green line issue and offered free screen replacements. It might be better to consider those brands going forward.

I got also green line in 2 years old S22 Plus after One UI 7 update without any physical damage or any single scratch or dant on screen and body. Visit Service centre they demand 17300/- for repair. Mailed to customer support. Reply attached1750357382896.jpg
