After a long time battling with myself, I've decided that as good as Samsung smartphone are my next Smartphone will be an IPhone..I really hate what did with their software update here in South Africa, and the BS respond they give when you Demand a date or reason for the unnecessary delays 🖕🖕🖕 Samsung it is the best Android brand but they don't behave like it..I've waited months for Android 14 waited until my excitement dead down...right now I don't even care anymore 🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡 nywe nywe nywe 4 years of major update my foot...in a few months time developers will be working on Android 15 while we still stuck on 13 BS BS!

@NotAdmin I hate stupid people like yourself with a brain of a peanut or empty...dude I'm a consumer I bought samsung cos I like it, I bought it with money, samsung doesn't pay me for using their products..and if I'm not happy I have a right to complain, and if they don't help me or seem to care I have a right to jump ship cos again me using samsung doesn't get me a paycheck and you too won't get paid...which why I don't get your anger..

Sammy goofed this update, as they will do in the future, but truth be told, you will curse the ceo of Apple a lot more...I have yet to hear anyone say anything positive about the very expensive toy they bought, after 1 year, this ifone is **bleep**..It doesn't do what my cheap Sammy does.. But you do you...Will be expecting you back here...

You see thts my fear samsung with their Amazing fully packed with features one UI can't do a simple thing such as software update right...and what bothers me the most is the fact that even though they said they improved their software roll out it seems like they just don't care about South Africa....another thing that bothers me, is the response they give you when you ask what the delay it..

You see IPhone is not perfect but if there is one thing I taught myself in life, is to adapt to change it will be hard at first but I will get used to it, **bleep** I'm sure I'll live without some of the features I'll miss there
