I've not had a single security or software update for my s23 FE since September 2023.
Not a single person at the Samsung call centres seem able to assist.
This is highly upsetting as a lifetime Samsung mobile phone user.

Take it to the nearest professional phone dealers to re-install the firmware. Maybe that might help sort out the issue..
