I’m writing to express my growing frustration and disappointment regarding the continued delay of the One UI 7 update for the Galaxy S24 FE. Despite repeated assurances and widespread availability of the update on other models, users of this device have been left in the dark with no clear communication or timeline. This lack of transparency and consistency is not only discouraging, it reflects poorly on Samsung’s commitment to its user base.

When I chose to move over to Android and invest in a Samsung device, I did so with the expectation of timely support and a smooth user experience. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. Instead, I find myself stuck with outdated software while other users enjoy features and improvements that were promised months ago. It’s becoming increasingly clear why Samsung continues to struggle with customer retention — trust is built through reliability and responsiveness, both of which have been severely lacking in this situation.

At this point, I am seriously questioning my decision to leave the Apple ecosystem. Say what you will about iOS, but at least updates are delivered uniformly, and users are not left wondering if or when their devices will be supported. I wanted to give Samsung a fair chance, but this experience has been frustrating enough that I’m now actively considering switching back to an iPhone.

To be clear, this message is not just about a software update. It’s about customer experience — or rather, the lack thereof. I sincerely hope Samsung begins to take these concerns seriously, because as it stands, you’re losing the confidence of customers who genuinely wanted to support your brand.

Facts are facts. THIS post speaks volumes, and those of use using the S24FE are frustrated. Why make the device available and call it Fan edition of this is the treatment we have to endure. It's horrible. Samsing SA has to do better. 😮😮

I own the Samsung galaxy s24 fe and totally agree. I recently bought this device and im now considering moving back to iOS.
