Since I didn't get proper response from samsung i have filed for grievance in consumer affairs. Samsung should take proper steps for grievance redressal.

Now samsung is giving free replacement of display for s23 also. You may take your phone along with original bill to the nearest samsung phone service centre.
I got mine replaced last week.

They are giving replacement for lines issue denying for dots and patches
