Samsung s22 ultra one ui 5 android 13 update problem

Hey every one, i update my samsung s22 ultra yesterday on one ui 5,,android 13....

But now my all apps crashing,  automatically closing,or clear cache, 

Can any one help???

Connect your charging cable and Connect with any laptop or desktop and try to clear the cache in safe mode
