Lagging and scrolling problem in Samsung S21fe

Device: Samsung Galaxy S21 FE (Snapdragon 888)
Software: One UI 7 (Android 15)
Issue: Severe scrolling lag and UI stuttering after update

After updating my S21 FE to One UI 7, I am experiencing noticeable lag while scrolling through the UI — especially in system apps like Settings, Play Store, Gallery, and the app drawer. The overall responsiveness has dropped significantly.

I have already tried:
- Clearing cache partition via recovery
- Turning off all animations and setting them to 0.5x
- Disabling RAM Plus
- Wiping memory via Device Care
- Testing in Safe Mode (still laggy)
- Using a different launcher (Nova) — which reduces the lag
- Resetting all settings (without factory reset)

None of these worked. This issue did not exist on One UI 6.1, so it seems to be directly caused by the One UI 7 update. Please investigate and resolve this in a future patch. I'm happy to send logs for analysis.

Send an error report along with log files to customer support through this members app, and Samsung will add/fix it in the next update. To do that, follow this procedure
Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
