Samsung s20 no ONE UI 4 update received

Hello Galaxy Team.

I have a Samsung s20 and it still using android 11 one ui 3.1 and I still haven't received any android 12 version.What will be the cause!, because I bought my S20 in South Africa and right now I am in Dubai,,,please help ,I want to experience new themes and features 😢 😞 .

Device model: (SM-G980F/DS)

Go to settings, click on software update/download and install

I have been doing that for 2 months now,no update appears
