I haven't receive an update for my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra in Oman. What is the problem?

I received it in 28 may 2025 morning

I'm also in oman, and I got One Ui7 update on my second phone *A15.

I call Samsung customer center and they advise me to wait. They say it will updated in the early coming days.
It is a shock for me because getting updates is my basic reason for buying this phone
