As of April 8th, India, the Samsung One UI 7 update has not been received, despite Samsung's commitment. My personal experience with an S24 Ultra leads me to believe Samsung's seven-year update promise is misleading. If current flagship owners are experiencing this delay, what assurance is there that updates will be provided to our devices in two years, especially given Samsung's apparent lack of timely updates? This constitutes substandard treatment for customers. A commitment to updates necessitates timely delivery, regardless of device age. Samsung's failure to meet its promises raises serious concerns about its intentions. This highlights a key area where Apple excels.
