Install the second app and use two separate accounts for the same messenger app.
1 On the Settings screen, tap Advanced features → Dual Messenger.
Supported apps will appear.
2 Tap the switch of an app to install the second app.
The second app will be installed. The second app’s icon will be displayed with .
• The Dual Messenger feature may not be available depending on the app.
• Some features of the app may be limited for the second app.
If the issue still persist, please send an error report to our technical so they will investigate the reason of the issue and will assist you in solving it. To send an error report, please follow the below steps:
1 Launch Samsung Members app.
2 Tap on Support.
3 Scroll down the screen and select Error Reports.
4 Choose a category below.
5 Tap on Frequency.
6 Choose between Once, Often or Sometimes.
