Samsung pay

Since ii started using the Samsung S10. I have been trying to scan my card on the Samsung pay app, but after all the process ii get negative results it won't work. 

What may be the problem? please help.

Which bank do you use?

I'm using a Capitac.

Capitec Bank is not supported on Samsung pay app. The only supported banks are Absa, Nedbank, Standard Bank, Discovery Bank and FNB
