I M FACING ISUE THAT SOMETIME THE VOLUME GOES UPTO 102 OR 104 IN SAMSUNG MUSIC APP. WHILE PLUGING IN GALAXY BUDS.

go to the player settings, there may be a option " smart volume ".
Turn off the option then check the volume level.

If you're using Sound Assistant then it can go upto 150.
