Yes feature will be missing but when u switch back csc it will show as indian only. U will get those feature back. Your indian sim will work and so on. It's just that u need to put extra effort. It's better to wait and get official release.
He changed csc and then got update from other country and then switched back csc to India. That's simple trick. You can also do it and get one UI 6 in less than an hour. Check twitter post by Tarun Vats
