Galaxy SHello,
I have problem with my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G smartphone (model: SM-G781B, system: Android 12 - One UI 4.1, branded by Play in Poland)
Whenever I try to play media from the built-in speaker of the phone, no matter if it's music or video in Gallery app or video in Messenger/Instagram/Snapchat etc. My phone shuts down unexpectedly and sometimes I have problems turning it back on (sometimes it turns off randomly during the startup process or it won't turn on at all until I do Volume Down + Power Button combination for few seconds). The problem does not occur when I connect to a Bluetooth speakers or Bluetooth headphones - phone is playing media via Bluetooth with no problems at all.
What i did:
- Clearing all applications data and cache: Does nothing.
- Clearing cache from Android Recovery (Volume Up + Power Button): Does nothing.
- Entering Android Safe Mode: Does nothing.
- Resetting phone to factory settings: Solves problem for couple hours, then it shuts down randomly as I wrote at the beginning.
and flashing Stock ROM with Odin3 software: Solves problem for couple hours, then it shuts down randomly as I wrote at the beginning.
My phone was never rooted (Knox Warranty: 0x0 in Download Mode) or modified in any way and i cannot view any kernel logs or system logs by ADB because i'm getting "Permission denied." error from Android shell because my device is not rooted I think.
