Samsung keyboard issue

Why colour pallette is affecting the samsung keyboard, I can't even change the theme of the keyboard while the color pallette is turned, earlier it was not a issue. I was able to apply theme while the color pallette is turned on.

Try "theme park" apk. Everything can customize

Tried, it only works if turn the color pallette off.

Turn off color palette. You can customize app icon by theme park similar color palette.

I tried that, I like to keep my apps a grey color but when I use the theme park to customize the app icon color it gives inconsistent color, Different apps icon gives different result..

Please report the problems you are facing in your Samsung smartphone with a fresh log file which is in the form of a pdf file/jpg format. And also share a short video clip or 4 to 5 photos along with a pdf file, before and after the issue occurred, for better understanding.

Please share the device log file within 15 minutes of the issue occurrence by using the error report option via the Samsung Member application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
