1. After upgrading to Oreo, s7 is not able to detect network when auto connect option is selected. 1 sim is jio and other is airtel.I have to select LTE only for Jio and for airtel 2G only.
2. When Jio sim has no network then it shuts off and airtel is also shut off.
3. When one jio sim is switched off then 2nd sim is airtel active.In case of lte/3g/2g auto connect selection data works on 4g but I cannot receive or send calls.For that I have to switch to 2g only mode.Then calling can be done.
4. Factory reset the mobile from service centre 2 times.But not worked. Changed the Jio sim and airtel sim several times but not worked.
What is the solution?Please replace my mobile or I have to go to consumer court.
