I'm currently facing several issues with my network and phone. Specifically, when using my Jio 5G SIM, everything works perfectly initially. However, after my phone is inactive for around 10-15 minutes, it switches to 4G and starts overheating. This overheating causes the network to fail, leaving me with "Emergency Calls Only" and preventing me from making or receiving calls. Even toggling airplane mode temporarily resolves the issue, but it quickly recurs. Additionally, my phone overheats while using GPS applications like Google Maps, Swiggy, Zomato, Uber, and Ola, leading to the network failing again during these instances. I've already visited a Samsung authorized service center where I paid for software testing, but they couldn't find any issues. I'm reaching out for help to permanently resolve these overheating and network problems. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
