Hi all from 1 week I am having green line issue on my s21 fe 5g . I mailed to Samsung service head they said to me to go nearest service centre and said it will get fix if my phone not older that 3 years from date of purchase. So I went there and they cleared denied me for free replacement due to one scratch and engineer said the scratch can be fail with nails so it will come under physical damage . I said dent and dropping comes under physical damage .I mailed Samsung service head again but no reply. my concern is guys If we don't speak up the Samsung would not realise their mistakes. Their so called amoled display are faulty or software issue we don't know anything . Under Physical damage dent cracks fine but scratchs should be excluded . Samsung please don't do like this your guys are doing intentionally so that you generat some revenue from this or we buy new so you generate revenues .Both ways you are winning right . After this I will prefer OnePlus atleast they ensuring life time screen replacement of line issue comes.

I have an S 22 and had been facing similar issues as many users had reported about the red or green lines on the screen. When I reported the issue here, they were cool enough to say there is no information about S22 and I have to pay for the screen replacement.
This is getting so bad with samsung not being bothered about their users ! Why should we pay for the faulty issues caused by them!?

Instead of paying for screen replacement its better to buy a new phone whenever feasible of any other brand as samsung is not at all trustworthy.

True!! When they simply don't care to address their own faulty issues and put it on the customers, they lose the credibility and long term customers.

even i emailed samsung service head once and after 24 hours i got a call from samsung and i explained them everything but they simply denied for free screen replacement they even told me we dont have any complaints for a73 screen issue from other users apart from me such a pathetic liars these people are shame on them here lines are increasing on my a73 screen as the days are passing by now i have 3 green lines on my phones within a month all thanks to samsung i just pray that your phones display just stays with a single line and should not increase further as its happening with me untill you decide to throw this garbage phone and switch to other brand🙏
