As per your query, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.
Disable the auto restart function
There are two methods to disable the auto restart function
Method 1: Settings>General management>Reset>Disable Auto restart (if enabled).
Method 2: Settings>Battery and device care>Three dots>Automation>Disable "Auto restart at set times" if enabled
Reset app preferences: Settings > Apps > More option > Reset App Preferences.
Clear cache: Settings > Apps > Menu > Show system apps > Search
and type "Bluetooth" > Bluetooth > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data > OK.
Reset settings: Settings>General Management>Reset.
Reset settings: Reset all settings to their default
