I have bought my S24 Set Brand New for 4 Days, having Call Not Rechargeable issues in both physical Sim. While both Physical sim working on my old Samsung Device in same area.

Try to replace the Sim.. won't take much time. If you are getting the same issue, you can get it replaced within 10 days of purchasing I think.
