This phone has serious problems with internet connectivity and battery drain.

When I turn on the internet on this phone it just does not start the internet even i don't see the internet icon besides the network. Face this issue quit frequent.

Other issue is the batter even just messaging, calling and very minimal usage still I need to charge it twise a day. Samsung needs to look into this problem.

Hope this finds you all helpful.

Thanks!!

This is piece of Junk , exynos implementation has miserably gone wrong. I have to charge my battery 3 times in a day. I don't play any games only normal usage like videos , email etc

Brothers, this is not just happening with the FE lineup. All lineups of ultra and plus flagship devices have the same problem. All they are getting miserably 4-5 hours of SOT. Very few are getting good SOT after doing a lot of tweaks.

Camera photo quality also not up to the mark. My old phone (redmi note 7 pro) was far better than this phone.

May be I missed lot more issue;)

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your query, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Galaxy device internet issue:
Check Settings
If mobile internet is not working during the call, then check settings 'Use internet during call'
Settings > Mobile Networks > Use Internet during call > Enable it, if disabled.

Check Mobile Network
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network mode > Select 5G/LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) LTE/3G/2G (auto connect) or 3G/2G (auto connect).

Check Network Operator
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network operators > Select automatically.

Check Data Roaming
Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Data roaming to enable it, if disabled.

Reset settings: Settings > General Management > Reset.
Reset network settings: Reset Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other network settings to their default.

Check another network operator's SIM
If the issue has not been resolved, then get in touch with the network operator and try to check with another network operator SIM.

Galaxy device battery drain issue:
Charge in one go instead of charging many times as it affects the life span of the battery and battery performance

Perform Battery Optimization

Battery optimization helps you to boost the battery performance of your device. To check battery optimization:
Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care/Battery and device care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage, and Memory

Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, etc.
Turn off unused functions like Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and location settings when not using them: On the home screen swipe down the notification panel > Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.

Check device network fluctuation

Kindly check whether the mobile network fluctuates frequently or if the network signal is low in your area. In both cases, the battery will drain considerably fast.
Recommendation: We recommend you avoid using it in areas with low network/fluctuation.

Reduce display brightness level

Kindly set the device display brightness in auto mode (If available).

Adjust screen timeout settings: Settings > Display > Screen timeout > Select minimum screen timeout.

Check and update the App: Kindly check which application or interface is using more battery from device care. And try to update the app or avoid using that app.

Close background running apps
Close all the background running apps when not using them,

Turn off auto sync of e-mails, app data, etc.
We request you turn off the auto sync option, it will stop the synchronization of the device with the server & reduce the battery drainage.
The steps to turn off auto sync are:
1. Swipe down on the home screen to open the notification panel.
2. Turn off the auto sync option.
