While calling in s21 fe 5g 2023 Edition there is no audio coming from phone but the call is connected and most of time it automatically disconnect the call while call is connected and a very low internet speed and it goes 5G to LTE everytime, it's a major issue and I'm frustrated with this Samsung Phone. One UI 6

5g network has this issue not only with samsung earlier i used oneplus 9 same issue.

network fluctuating b/w 4g and 5g indoor..

My dear reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight mode on n off one time also restart your's device without any Sim in slots and interchange your's Sim into slots. Also complaint to your's service provider telecom company too. Thanks.

Bhai follow the steps given blow:

1. Reset App Preferences (Settings > Apps > Click on 3 dots on the top right corner > you will find Reset App Preferences option, Click on that)
2. Reset Network Settings
3. Reboot your device in safe mode once (Press and hold the power button > Click and hold the Power button option on screen > It will ask you to reboot in safe mode, just tap once)
4. Restart your device by clicking the "Exit Safe Mode option given in Notification Panel"

It will fix the issue.

Kindly perform the following steps to resolve your sound issue.

Disconnect anything plugged into the headphone jack like, a selfie stick, headphones, Bluetooth, etc.
Remove any third-party case, protective films, or any other accessory that usually comes in contact with your device.

Check device volume settings: Tap on Settings > Sound & vibration>Volume > Drag the volume adjustment bar left or right to increase or decrease the device volume.
To verify, play music and check the music sound. If the sound quality is good, then your speaker is working fine.

Clear Sound Picker data: Settings> Apps> Filter and Sort> Enable Show system apps> OK>Search Sound Picker> Storage> Clear data of Sound Picker.

Clear SoundAlive data: Settings> Apps> Filter and Sort> Enable Show system apps> OK>Search SoundAlive> Storage> Clear data.

Clear Adapt sound data: Settings> Apps> Filter and Sort> Enable Show system apps> OK>Search Adapt Sound> Storage> Clear data.

Reset app preferences: Settings> Apps> Three dots> Reset app preferences> Reset.

Nothing helps.... i have shared log files more than 10times in the last 3 months. Everytime I get same reply our technical team is analyising...
