I've been using Samsung Notes for a while now. The most important missing feature is the availability of a web version (web app) or PC software. If I'm to use the notes for my day-to-day needs and for work, I definitely need a web version. Even though I'm using your most premium phone (S24U), I have to rely on some other brand to make use of a service you already have. If I've written something on my phone app, I have to copy it and send it to myself via WhatsApp or email, or paste it to Google Keep or Docs and open it on the web. This is a time-consuming and inconvenient process. Please don't keep doing this to your loyal consumers and fans.
Please fix this, Samsung. All the other features, including additional AI offerings, can wait. This is a necessity.
If you are highly in need of the apps for your current work or project temporarily use samsung flow which will provide you with the things you need from you phone
