Subject: Signal Issue with Samsung S21 FE (Snapdragon Edition)

Dear Samsung Customer Support Team,

I am writing to report a persistent signal issue with my Samsung S21 FE (Snapdragon Edition) device. Despite being in areas with good network coverage, I consistently experience dropped calls, poor voice quality, and slow data speeds.

Device Details:

Model: Samsung S21 FE (Snapdragon )
Issue Description:

- Poor signal strength and frequent signal drops
- Dropped calls and poor voice quality
- Slow data speeds

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

- Restarted the device multiple times
- Checked for software updates and installed the latest version
- Reset network settings
- Cleaned the SIM card slot
- Checked for physical damage

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently

Swap SIM card once; it will be cleared.

Please reset network setting of both Sim one by one and than reset all settings of your's device in general management settings also Flight ✈️ mode on n off one time also restart your's device without any Sim in slots also interchange Sim in slots also turn off power saving mode then try to it's again.
