When I receive any OTP through SMS Samsung keyboard offers to input the OTP directly from keyboard suggestion but it only shows this suggestion some times and some times it does not. It's just random.
The SMS app does recognize and highlight the OTP but samsung keyboard does not. You have to click the blue otp highlighted on SMS notification and only then the keyboard suggests the OTP.
Yes i have suggested reply and actions turned on and it works but it randomly stops working for me.

It depends upon the app which is sending you otp, some apps send it weirdly that is why keyboard doesn't detect them.

No. That's a different thing. I have mentioned it already. The keyboard does not recognize the OTP the SMS app does. If the SMS recognized it the keyboard shows it. It starts working after a phone reset for the same app and website.

You can use Samsung pass and Google auto fill together:

Go to Settings > General management > Password and autofills and select 'Autofill with Samsung Pass' in Autofill service section. Now select 'Samsung Pass'

Now go back to main Settings > Google > Auto-fill (in All services tab) > SMS verification codes and turn on 'Auto-fill service' option...

That might be a solution but the issue is something else because it was not showing the OTP so I turned on Auto replace(auto correct) in keyboard settings and it started working. It worked that time but now auto replace(auto correct) has no effect on the same now. So i can't confirm what's the issue here. It's working even though Auto correct is off
