I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with Samsung India's refusal to repair or replace my Samsung S21 Ultra display.

On 22 August 2023, I updated my phone's software to the latest version. After the update, a large green line appeared on my phone's display. I immediately contacted Samsung India customer service and was told that the issue was due to a software bug and that a fix would be released soon.

However, the issue has not been fixed yet and Samsung India is now refusing to repair or replace my phone's display. I have been told that the damage is due to "mishandling" and that it is not covered under warranty.

I am very upset with this response. I have always been a loyal Samsung customer and have never had any issues with my phones before. I am also very careful with my phone and have never mishandled it.

I believe that Samsung India is trying to avoid responsibility for this issue by blaming me. I am also concerned that this is a widespread problem and that Samsung India is refusing to repair or replace many phones that have been damaged by the latest software update.

I am therefore writing to you to demand that Samsung India repair or replace my phone's display immediately. I am also requesting that you investigate this issue and take steps to ensure that it does not happen to other customers.

I am very disappointed with Samsung India's handling of this matter. I have always been a loyal customer and have never had any issues before. I am now considering filing a complaint with the consumer court and also posting my experience on social media.

I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Mere jese bahut h or bahut se ese jo case file karna bhi nhi jante...

S9 me blast wale case aaye the to kya sabka blast hua mobile ya jo bhi loss hua wo samsung ne diya??

Mehnat ki kamaayi h yaar samsung galaxy Y se s23 tak purchage kiya h..ye koi wealthy ya khud ko laachar bewas dikhane wali baat nhi... ek simple sa case h jo mere sath hua h or mujhe jeson ko ek dream mobile lene k liye bahut si wishes ko drop out karna hota h .. mobile agar tut jata thats my fault but no my brother,

Evidence bahut se h..
Par sirf tumhare yakeen karne na karne ko post nhi daali. Aur bhi log h jo ye problems face kar rahe, in future by chance tumhare kisi friend ya relatives ke sath esa ho to comment kar dena.

Other ways samsung meri nhi sun raha tumhara comment bhi ignore kar dega

Isse koi lena dena nahi tumne kaise v mobile ko liya ho ya long time se Samsung ke customer ho jo Samsung ki policy hai uske regarding tumara phone jaise hona chahiye tha waisa hai to Samsung display replacement free mein kar ke dega aur main Samsung ki side nahi le raha mujhe pata hai ye main maanta hoon software update se hi hua hai ismein Samsung ki hi galti hai Samsung ne kahin had tak isse accept v kiya hai but Samsung bol nahi raha aur tumhe v careful rehne chahiye tha bhai tumhe pehle se pata tha kya ye display line issue, agar han to bro nahi karna chahiye tha update ismein tumari v galti hai
Aur Samsung bhale hi tumara post comment ignore karte but mera nahi karega because mera point hai back photo nahi daali aur log v tum se ye hi puchenge back photo kahan hai

Hello Achalsengar bro i think new One UI has lot of bugs . And Samsung will not fix any bugs in any Smartphone through software update never and specially green line issue in S Series , Fold Series , Note Series as well as A Series . I donot want not a single product from Samsung in future in any case now bro . I am happy with my Samsung Galaxy A70 4G Indian Varaint Smartphone now bro .

Brother mere S10 Lite me b screen ka color pink or green ho gya h... Samsung Wale keh rhe k phone out of warranty h or wo sirf 25% discount de skte h screen replacement pe...Bhai bhul k b Samsung care me phone repair Mt karwana...mene fast charging issue k liye submit Kiya tha...mere phone ki display damage krdi inhone....1 month ho gya complaint krte hue...Now finally I have filed case on NCH, waiting for further action.

My s22ultra display complaint after last update, just after 3 days from warranty, this is not good for Samsung, the Samsung service center refused my phone they ask me to pay the full amount for display

Same issue. S22 ultra here. Visited the center more than 3 times, same response. Got job sheet with proof of no physical damage, still no resolution. Tried contacting Samsung plenty of times and then got connected with the experience manager who assured me that they will get it resolved only to hear the bad news that my phone is out of warranty and overseas product which is not under their policy.
