I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with Samsung India's refusal to repair or replace my Samsung S21 Ultra display.

On 22 August 2023, I updated my phone's software to the latest version. After the update, a large green line appeared on my phone's display. I immediately contacted Samsung India customer service and was told that the issue was due to a software bug and that a fix would be released soon.

However, the issue has not been fixed yet and Samsung India is now refusing to repair or replace my phone's display. I have been told that the damage is due to "mishandling" and that it is not covered under warranty.

I am very upset with this response. I have always been a loyal Samsung customer and have never had any issues with my phones before. I am also very careful with my phone and have never mishandled it.

I believe that Samsung India is trying to avoid responsibility for this issue by blaming me. I am also concerned that this is a widespread problem and that Samsung India is refusing to repair or replace many phones that have been damaged by the latest software update.

I am therefore writing to you to demand that Samsung India repair or replace my phone's display immediately. I am also requesting that you investigate this issue and take steps to ensure that it does not happen to other customers.

I am very disappointed with Samsung India's handling of this matter. I have always been a loyal customer and have never had any issues before. I am now considering filing a complaint with the consumer court and also posting my experience on social media.

I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and resolve this matter as soon as possible.

Tumare mobile ki back photo kahan hai sirf front photo dikhayi hai wo v screen guard, back cover ke sath, agar dikhana hai to all angle photo dikhao without cover screen guard, This will show where your phone has scratch dent or not. 😎😎😎😎
