Samsung Galaxy s20 Plus Pink/Purple line issue on display

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding ongoing issues with the Purple Line on display on my S20 PLUS.After recent update, I discovered that this issue is actually a common problem among Samsung Galaxy S series mobile even on latest releases.

At first,a narrow color-less line was seen at random so i just restarted my phone and it was gone but again after 8-10 hours the color-less line came back and thought i would restart again and it would be gone but after restart purple/pink line pops up,after few days a color-less can be seen again coming at other part of display.

I would appreciate it if Samsung could provide some insight into this matter and address my concerns. I understand that technical issues can occur with any device, but this particular problem has raised doubts in my mind. I would like to know if Samsung is taking steps to address and rectify this issue, and whether there are any solutions available

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hear from  Samsung so that they can restore my confidence in the brand.

You can also get free replacement if your smartphone name is not in list But you'll have to follow some steps and that will took more patience and time.

Capture a picture of your smartphone and post on twitter with proper explanation and tag Samsung and Samsung India.
After wait for sometime, you will be asked to share your contact info in message after that one of the member will directly coordinate with you.
He will ask you to submit your smartphone to service center and they can't refuse.if they refuse directly call that authorised person. service center will dignose your smartphone and send the report to Samsung directly. After your phone's display would be replaced free of cost.

It may take around 15 days

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
