Frustrated with Poor Support on Display Defect

Despite multiple follow-ups, there's still no proper resolution from Samsung.

The red line near the selfie camera has now turned into a bright purple line after the latest update.

This proves the issue is worsening with time and updates, not due to external damage.

Disappointed with how a known defect is being ignored.
