Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra: Large Gap Issue Raises Questions

Noticed a gap between the screen and frame of my Galaxy S24 Ultra where dust and dirt accumulate. This could risk water resistance and cause corrosion - unacceptable for a pricey device.

I have seen your video and pics carefully and tried with thin paper. Dont have any visible gap between display and titanium frame on my s24 ultra. Only that these are two materials and quite flushed together. You may want to check it with some other s24ultra and see if yours is a defective peice.

😅 I don't have any other S24 Ultra to check. However, the bottom-right and top-right have this. The service center said this isn't an issue.

Already faced this issue with a52s and s21fe exynos both devices back pannel got removed itself after one year of use.
Now their are not waterproof anymore.
Although pasting was done by samsung service center

Yes, the back panel of my friend's S21 FE Exynos has also been removed itself.

When we complained about this they told to go to service centres and when we go their they always say they couldnt see any problem its only 20 days old phone still having thismuch issues so when we see this gaps whats the idea for ip68 rating this issue is very concerning you guys should probably try to address this globally i could see these gaps on many phones

This is common with their entire S24 line up ever worse on S24 5g it looks like horrible wastage of money..
