Hi,
I purchase a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra on 01/02/2024 and on the same day i noticed a screen flickering issue. I rushed to the service Centre Very next day in Hyderabad where they said that there is a Software Issue in the device. And, they flashed the mobile and reinstalled the OS. The issue persisted after their attempts to resolve. Then they said to carry the device with all the Accessories and Box. So, I deposited the device to Service Centre on 03/01/2024 and till now (i.e. 06/01/2024) they have not resolved the issue. I suggest people not to purchase high value mobiles from Samsung as they have very poor service. Inspite i suggest to proceed with some other companies like Apple, Oneplus as their Service is quuck and excellent.

Usually if this happens they would issues an doa certificate where we can buy another phone at the same store. Don't know why samsung is doing this kind of service ...

Send a mail to Samsung's higher authority and if it doesn't get a decision, just post it on Twitter and a decision will be made.
