Literally facing overheating issues that makes me feel like i wanna break this phone very badly, this mobile over heats while using Mobile data 4G/5G while using camera and while plaing games even very small games. And not optimized for better battery life and cooling , literally its a S series mobile and it has this kind of issues , come on samsung.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

1. Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and other connectivity features when not using them.
2. Decrease the screen brightness.
3. Close background running apps.
4. Uninstall the unnecessary apps.
5. Reduce long duration of graphics intensive gaming sessions as it may cause heating issue.
6. Avoid usage of mobile phone when charging.

7. Update software: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install > Checking for software update > Software update available > Tap on Download > Downloading updates > Tap on Install now.
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.

8. If the issue is still not been resolved, Reset the device:
IMPORTANT:
• Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
• Remember google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
• If you do not remember it, then reset, (Forgot password) your google account.
• For this:
• Open Gmail (https://accounts.google.com/servicelogin) > forgot password >Select ""try another way"" > Next > Enter a new password > Next.

Please follow the below steps to reset the device:
Settings > General Management > Reset > Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup > tap on Factory data reset (This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps)

If the issue still persists, after performing all troubleshooting steps, would request you to please visit the service center. Below is the link to find nearest service center

Did everything above mentioned before and without your help those are very basic, nothing work even now also its overheating for playing game for 5 min just a 5 and start heating instantly when i open the game and some kind of stupid around here suggesting me various company mobiles for camera and gaming ! Is this a flagship series product or a flagship heater need kind of support through updates , you cant help with this foolish thinga like restart your device turn off wifi and gps, i know what to stop and what to use first answer this , really ! I brough a samsung mobile to get suggestions from the communitu to turn of features and use at 6o hz and use on power saving mode to save battery ? Hell bro !
