Galaxy SHope all are doing great!
Just wanted to share you all my exprience with my samsung device.
So it all started with a software update on April 28 2023 which caused my phone display to show a bright white line in the middle of the display, and after a visit to my nearest samsung service centre, I was told to replace my display
which will cost Rs.13,500/- since no one else is facing the issue and it was a my fault for not taking care of my device. Since then I started to use my phone as it is and after 2 weeks the bluetooth stopped working, so a visited again to the service centre to ask about this new issue from which I was told that it was a Motherboard issue and it will cost you Rs.16,500/- for a new one. At this point my total cost of fixing the device was coming to around 30K and as an engineering student who doesn't have a laptop, all my college work was done through my phone it self. So I decided to use my phone as it with no BT and a bad display. After another update in December 2023, my bluetooth started to work again cleary showing that it was a software update issue, so i visited the servive centre again in which the service was not interested in fixing my device and forcing me to buy the new S23 series phone.
Now today after at least 15 trips to the service centre, I've been told that you're not eligible for a display replacement since your device is 3 years old. Now hold on, I got these lines after 2 years of purchase, 1 year I was using my phone as it is and now they are telling me that my phone is outdated.
These 2 picture that i have attached shows how it started in April 2023 and how it's going today June 2024. It has reached to a point that I can't even see the time when my morning alarm goes off. I'm not asking Samsung for a brand new device but just change my display man. Even after taking so much care of my phone by not even Fast-Charging since I know pretty well about batteries and this is the result I get.
Please help me fix my phone.
Re-Uploading again because Samsung deleted my post.
Thank You!
