Samsung Cloud not working

Hello everyone!
I am unable to access my Samsung cloud for reasons I do not know. Every time open Samsung Account settings and click on "Cloud" or "Backup" or even "Restore" it shows the error something went wrong try again later.
How may I fix this?
I was trying to redeem 100GB OneDrive storage that's given to S24 series users.
My device is S24 Ultra.

Any inputs would greatly be appreciated.

It's a software glitch it will be resolved by the next update

I am using the same samsung account on my S22 Ultra which is also on One UI 6.1, the same error is shown. I was doubting if my Samsung account is corrupted or something?

As per your query, we request you kindly share the log file. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
