SIM Registration Issue on Brand New Galaxy S25 Ultra

I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, and I am facing a serious SIM registration issue with both of my SIM cards:

BSNL (Primary) - Calls & SMS
Airtel (Secondary) - Data
After inserting both SIMs, the phone detects them, and I get network signals initially. However, the signals randomly disappear without any movement, and a "No Signal" icon appears. This happens frequently, making it difficult to use the phone for calls or data.

To rule out any issues with my SIM cards, I purchased brand-new BSNL and Airtel SIMs today, but the issue still persists.

Troubleshooting Steps Tried (None Worked)

  • Switched between 4G/3G only instead of 5G
  • Manually selected the network provider
  • Reset SIM settings (Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Mobile Network Settings)
  • Restarted the device multiple times
  • Factory reset the phone
  • Replaced existing SIM to new ones

Despite trying all these solutions, the problem remains. I would appreciate any guidance from the Samsung support team or community members who might have faced a similar issue. Is this a software bug, or could it be a hardware issue?
