Hi guys,

I m confused did my mobile is fault piece.

I have SOT(screen om time) 5.15 to 5.30 hrs 60hrtz (no dark mode) using mobile data.

Overnight drain is 7% using dual sim.

If i put in flight mode 3 -4 % drain.

If i wake my mobile from idle state drain in heavy for next 8- 10 percent

How much sot do you guys get..?

There are many more serious issues. Gonna return the device once the service centers open

Please be assured and to resolve "battery drainage" issue kindly follow the given below steps:


1)Battery optimization:-Settings>Select Device Maintenance/Device Care>Optimize>Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory
2) Close background running apps:-Tap on recent key and close the background running application.

I registered a complaint and got a replacement coupon and upgraded to s20 plus..
