SAMSUNG NOT COMPATIBLE WITH JIO TRUE 5G

Why samsung devices are not compatible with jio true 5g. Jio app showing your number is on non 5g device. Any explanation?

It is upto Samsung to enable support for 5G. I have a M52 5G and both Airtel and Jio numbers but can't access 5G on either of them. Samsung should really be sued for marketing the phone as 5G if they can't update it to run 5G when it is available in the city.

If carrier doesn't support 5G in your location why is Samsung blamed to that. In my location only jio 5G comes no airtel so for that I need to blame Samsung?

Because unlike you I don't presume that the person complaining is out of ignorance. I live in Pune, and both Airtel and Jio have enabled 5g in this city. Maybe next time don't defend billion dollar corporations for free? It's customers like you who are to blame for normalising pathetic service by the corporates. Shame on you!

My M52 5G just got the 5G updtae. Both Airtel and Jio are working now. This means Sansung has started updating the mid-range phones from now. You should try yours.
