i have Samsung S7 and when i try to register fingerprint it shows "Make sure home key is dry and clean". This error occured after i factory resetted my phone. I've tried all the toubleshooting listed below:

-Wiped cache partition
-Tried in Safe mode.

still it doesn't work.
i would be gratefull with who can solve this.
Thank you. ❤8d10b4e2-ceae-4af5-b92b-cd20572099a6.jpg

Just wipe your home button with a moist cloth and then dry it off with a dry cloth.

Just do One more step .

1.) Open Settings >Apps
2.) Click on three dots on top Right Corner and go to SHOW SYSTEM APPS.
3.) Search for Fingerprints> Storage> Wipe Cache> Wipe Data.
(Under Fingerprint Option).

Hope this will help you, If so then please reply Back ....✌✌

Thank you for your query. The relevant department may serve you better/speedily, if you can provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
