Congrats for new phone!
My 25U shows both sim 5G.
Try restarting & after a restart a notification tells you to tap & update both sims, try doing that & finally try reset network settings.
All the best with S25ULTRA 👍

Both my sims are working showing 5G on my S25U. Doesn't look like a software issue. Maybe check the network connections and reset

I had network reset my S24 Ultra last month and after that it stopped getting JIO 5G. As I started to wonder and feel worried, in 5 mins, the 5G network came back. Maybe, you can give it some time in a 5G network. Please do reply if this helped.
