Galaxy SI have uploaded numerous log files each time my phone freezes and restarts. I have also submitted video proof showing the phone freezing with a grey screen for a few seconds. However, Samsung refuses to take accountability for the issue.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? It occurs randomly, sometimes even up to three times a day.
I tried a factory data reset and even submitted my device to an authorized service center. They kept it for one and a half days, flashed the firmware, but the problem still persists.
Please help!

I must have submitted at least 10 reports on the Members app so far, or probably even more, but it's been completely useless!

Recently bought s25. Having the same problem. I'm so heartbroken. This is not a hardware issue but a software one.
