Galaxy S1. Disable Fast Charging: Some users have found that turning off the fast charging feature allows the phone to charge more consistently, albeit at a slower rate. To do this, navigate to Settings > Battery and device care > Battery > More battery settings, and toggle off Fast charging.
2. Use a Different Cable: It appears that using a standard USB-C cable, rather than a 5A cable, may resolve the problem. This is due to compatibility issues with the 5A cables.
3. Factory Reset: A factory reset has been reported to fix the issue for some users. Before proceeding, ensure you back up all your data. After the reset, it's recommended to set up the phone manually without using Smart Switch, as some users have experienced issues when using the Smart Switch app for setup.
4. Check for Software Updates: Samsung has acknowledged the charging issues affecting the Galaxy S25 Plus and Ultra models and is working on a fix. Ensure your device is up-to-date by going to Settings > Software update and checking for updates.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, consider reaching out to Samsung Support or visiting an authorized service center for further assistance.😊
